Before purchasing any product, you’re required to acknowledge and agree to these Terms by marking the provided checkbox. This action signifies that you’ve read, understood, and accepted the terms laid out in this document.

3. Refund Policy 

Barre Level 1 Refund: If you register for the Barre Level 1 program, you can ask for a refund within 30 days or before submitting Unit 9 – ‘Capstone, Real Client Scenarios’. After this, no refunds will be given. b. Exclusions: The following products are not eligible for refunds: Level 2, Level 3, Barre for Special Populations, Ballerobica, Pre and Postnatal Barre courses, and Silver Packages for Level 1. c. Repurchase: If you buy a product again after receiving a refund for it, you’ll pay the full price. No discounts, promotions, or refunds will be available. d. Requesting a Refund: Contact us directly to ask for a refund. We’ll process it within two business days, returning the money to your original payment method.

4. Communication Consent and Opt-Out

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Discover True You, Inc., related to your account, our services, and promotions. Standard text messaging rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive.

5. Compliance & Misconduct

Misusing our products, acting in bad faith, attempting to harm our reputation, or not following these Terms can lead to your account being terminated. If this happens, you won’t be eligible for a refund, and your name will be removed from our instructor directory.

By using our services, you agree not to misuse the platform, share unauthorized content, or breach any rules laid out in these Terms.

7. Mandatory Arbitration
